Tesla CEO Elon Musk bought almost $4 billion (€3.98 billion) in Tesla shares simply days after finishing his $44 billion (€43.8 billion) buy of Twitter, US regulatory filings present.

Musk, whose web price plummeted after traders dumped Tesla shares, bought 19.5 million shares within the electrical automobile firm from Nov. 4 to Nov. 8, based on Securities and Alternate Fee filings.

The aim of the sale was not disclosed. However analysts have extensively anticipated Musk to promote further shares in Tesla to fund his Twitter deal.
